Accor Arena to host esports event after President Macron called for France to become the 'country of video games'.


Esports organisation Blast has announced that Counter-Strike: Global Offensive’s (CS:GO) 2023 Major will take place at the Accor Arena in Paris.


French esports company Webedia, will be the first CS:GO Major to take place in France. In April President Emmanuel Macron wanted France(country of video games) to host big esports events

In May 2022  France will host an event that will celebrate its tenth anniversary the Blast.TV Major Counter-Strike the very first CSGO Major organized in France's Accor Arena in Paris
