The actress, Annie Wersching who was best known for her work on television series like 24, Bosch, and Timeless as well as her appearances on The Vampire Diaries, Runaways, and The Rookie, passed away from cancer, her representative confirmed to Deadline.

Ms. Wersching’s role as the Borg Queen on the Paramount+ “Star Trek” series made her famous. Additionally, she appeared in the TV shows “24,” “Bosch,” and “Timeless.” She passed away early on Sunday in Los Angeles, age 45. Annie Wersching was also well-known for her roles as police officer Julia Brasher on the Amazon series “Bosch” and engineer Emma Whitmore on the NBC series “Timeless.” She portrayed Renee Walker, a special F.B.I. agent, on Fox’s “24.”

Annie Wersching got her start in acting in 2002 when she appeared in Star Trek: Enterprise. She later got a big part in Star Trek: Picard.
